We have a newly created opportunity for an Assistant Project Manager – Residential to join our team. Working closely with our Residential Asset team, you will assist in effectively managing the Residential portfolio of properties, and act as a liaison for tenants, suppliers and contractors.
To be successful in this role you will have at least two years’ relevant experience (ideally in property or tenancy management). Experience with NZ Health & Safety legislation and management practices would be an advantage. A key aspect of this role is the effective management of residential property access for project management activity and maintenance which involves tenant liaison. A knowledge and understanding of te reo Māori and tikanga is preferred.
